The board will mail premium packets to those members without internet access—we don't want to miss anyone.
But, you can save the club approximately $5 each by downloading the forms and information for yourself.

Please take the time to complete all forms — Show Registration Form for Dogs, Food and Beverage Pre-order Form, Trophy Sponsorship Form and Registration Combined Fees Form to ensure a smooth registration process. There will be no Day-of-Show entries.

Trophy Sponsorships: Are you wishing to memorialize or honor your special Leo, or remember a special person or event? We are now offering you the opportunity to sponsor the trophy for your favorite class. Sponsorships will be listed in the catalog on a first-come, first-served basis, but more than one person can sponsor the same trophy.
